Had my first pucture on Sat, low spd thank gowd. Had to put that horrid looking wheel on, it inspires you to drive to the nearest kwick fit so you can take the horrid thing off. Bought another Michellin, £100 fitted

That's all it is supposed to do..

A guy I know who works for Audi had all the wheels pinched of his TT. They drove it the couple miles back to the dealership on 4 space savers borrowed from the used fleet.. now that did look odd!

....some of us don't even have spare tyres...(well, not of the kind that aren't around our waists anyway!).

I've had a puncture in an M3 (my previous one) and it wasn't a pleasant experience although the car gave remarkly few signs of instability with it.  It was the beeping and flashing of the tyre pressure warning light that caused all the fuss!

Then there was trying to find someone that had a tyre in stock....as not a single one of the local tyre places had any!  I ended up having to get the wheel taken down to Teesside!

My sons Citroen C2 GT only comes with 4 wheels.. needless to say a puncture sustained in the first week of ownership had it off the road for 48 hours until the correct tyre could be found to match the other 3... still. its one wheel and tyre lighter than the cooking version so should be a tad faster away from the lights!

My other half has a new Tigra.  She had a puncture 3 weeks ago.  There are no tyres that match the rest in the UK, at all!  It will be the end of June before Vauxhall can get one over here!!!!!

So, she has two new matching tyres on the on the front, which don't match the ones on the back.

And her father owns the Vauxhall dealer, so it isn't the garage messing her about!!!

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavours last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
