Hi folks,

my car has the worst timing on the planet, not a thing has gone wrong with her since i bought her then a day before the aberdeen meeting she decides she has a mind of her own.

On pressing the key fob the doors unlock but theres no beep or flashing indicators, when you start her the alarm goes off but she starts fine, i turned the alarm off using the key, but the indicators still flash (so i drove about with the hazards flashing for a while).

then she seems to be fine.(for god knows how long).

Anybody god any idea what could be wrong, at first i thought the batteries in the fob were flat but then they worked fine.

I'm stumped.

I would try and disconnect the battery for a while then reconnect it.

Maybe this will reset it.

Failing that pull the relay for it

Dont worry mate my N/S/F Break calliper is binding so you wont be the only one with probz tomorrow

Doh! As pete says, deffo worth a try, i had problems with mine due to dampness, if your not sure what your messin about with, take it to a reputable auto electrician, no need for a BM garage on this one!
