Great Show Ron.

I was very impressed with your car. I've heard a lot about it and obviously read your article in the magazine.

Even Nicky was impressed!!

Cheers

Rich

It was the first time that I had attended the show and thought it was great, well done Ron. A good turnout of excellent cars including some of the rarer models(I never realised just how big the V8 engine is!) and really friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic people.
On a personal note I have to say I'm very pleased with the positive comments made about my own car as it was the first time I had gone to a show with the intention of displaying it.
Same time, same place next year and maybe, just maybe, I'll enter the show and shine!!

Retro is the way forward.....

Nice one Ron,

Well organised, good venue, lovely selection of cars.

I appreciate how much hard work goes into organising such an event and know that everyone had a great day thanks to your efforts.

Regards

Iain

Hi Guys

Thank you very much for your comments yes I and a lot of other people worked hard to make the show what it was. My wife who for some time has been a 'BMW widow', has helped me a great deal. Particularly writing letters and checking my spelling and grammar!!!! - also for organising the raffle and show and shine calculations.   Thanks must also go to Ian Pearson for booking all the cars in and sending out the passes, and to David and the SW committee for their help on the day.  Last but not lease thanks must also go to all those who attended - without you there would not have been a show.  So well done to everyone.

Look forward to seeing you all again soon.  Next gathering for the SW and the E30 register will be the Bristol Evening Post Classic Car Show, 8th June followed of course by the Concours at Athelhampton House on 15th June.  Let's hope for good weather and a good turnout.

If I didn't get to speak to you personally it was just because of the shortage of time and I apologise - I was losing my voice come the end!
