Advice for a possible new owner!

   Hi
I'm playing with the idea of getting myself a 328i convertible (95/96 year). The particular one I'm looking at is an AC Schnitzer conversion, and has jsut over 100k on the clock.
Can anybody please give some advice to me? Should I be at all concerned about this sort of mileage, and what sort of things should I be looking for?
