Got back from hols yesterday and then succumbed to a stomach bug today.

Starting to feel a bit better now.

This was a long time booked trip to Paris.

Very pleasant it was, despite a delayed start due to the closure of the Paris airports caused by thunderstorms. No more hols planned until next year now

Last sort of holiday I had was in Sept 2001 when I drove to Munich for the Oktoberfest...prior to that it was a fortnight over Christmas/New Year in Austria in 1981...

hmmmm.....looks like I get a holiday once in 20 years....now thats not chuffing well fair
