Is there a plan for meeting up before the event....where do we go and who do we see......

The info would be good so I dont get lost when arriving at the circuit....

Just took my wheels down to be refurbed tonight and have my fingers crossed they will be with me by Friday as they said they would do there best. If not I will be driving up in my race car and sort out the stand. Keeping my fingers crossed as I want to drive up in my M3.
