Hello.

Greetings to all. I am trying to find out a bit more info about Beaulieu in July. I understand that 20 BMWCC motors are going to this event to represent. Are All 20 spaces filled? If so, I will be coming along anyway if I can please have the date.

Regards - Neil

I have just managed to secure another 20 cars due to popular demand. So get your names down fast as this show is very popular.

Tristan

p.s I am going to need all your names and addreses to send passes out. This includes people already having there name down. Please add your name down to the original Beaulieu posting. 40 Cars should be great.

Your in MONO,

I am going to be looking at meeting everyone near to the site as poss. If anyone has any idea's of a place we could all meet up before hand that would be great. I also will see if I can get a little Trophy made up for car of the day if I get time. Another car club could judge the cars. We have enough room for 40 cars. I hope to bring along some chrome bits for the E36 models. Should be a great day. I will be taking my Ford Escort RS Turbo S2 Track Car for display on the motorsport stand so sadly wont be able to bring out my RS Turbo S1 unless I did not take the M3 but thats not going to happen. I will be there in my M3. Look forward to seeing you all.

A good general meeting point is 'Rownhams' on the M27 near Southampton. Its basically motorway services by junction 3 of the M27. There is a big car park there and on a Sunday morning im sure we would have it all to ourselves. According to my map (and skills of reading it!) It is about 6 miles from Beaulieu.

There are services on both sides of the motorway so need to ensure we all meet on the WEST bound carriageway services to avoid a trip round the motorway to the otherside.
If this sounds OK I will post up a map

Dudes, the above link should sort it then. Heading WESTBOUND on the M27 (towards Bournemouth + The New Forest)  "Rownham Services" are clearly signposted just prior to junction 3. There is a large car park (rather than Coachpark) by the petrol station - you cant miss it. If the map on the above link doesn't work owing to my seriously s%*t computer ill sort it again.

Al,

You will have to take two cars now

In addition to meeting up with a bigger crowd at Rownham Services I think your idea of a convoy with all of us nearer London is a good one.

I'm guessing you will be heading down to the M3 so we could meet near there. We met Tristan this morning near J4 (Camberley) in Sainsbury's car park which is just off the junction. Would this work ok for you or would you join the Motorway further down?

Cheers

ok...now we are cooking. If we are meeting at Rownham at 8, we need to gather at Sainsbury's J4 M3 at 7am, leaving at 7:15 to avoid the need for speeding

 Yeah that sounds good,

I never speed down the motorway.....worse place to be caught

They have those new cameras at winchester which measure your speed between 2 points

The sainsbury's is the one just after the meadows roundabout heading towards the M3. Shall we meet in the petrol station area as it is smaller ??
