Hope everybody had a good day, lets hear how it went. As 8.30 Sat morning, I was all ready and rearing to go, it's just that my M3 had other ideas. It was gone lunch before it was sorted so I watched the rugby instead, a bad day just got worse. . .

It was great to see such a variety of cars on the track (1986 316 to a 750iL and everything in between !), as encomium said there was a CSL on the track although i dont think it was being pushed to the full...

When I get slightly braver mine will be on the track to....

The CSL is owned by a very, very experienced driver, who I had quite a long chat with. It was being pushed pretty hard, he mentioned that the brakes could do with being better and the g-forces where causing the gearbox to do interesting things while he was having fun with one of the track preped cars. It really sounded great when he went past me on the main straight, oh and on every other part of the track .

Good to puts some faces and cars to names.

Some photos here: www.cecotto.co.uk/gallery.htm

And for those of you who are all broabanded up, a couple of videos:-

Some track action:- www.cecotto.co.uk/Rham/Rock.mpg (23.5mb)

Start of the parade:- www.cecotto.co.uk/Rham/21E30s.mpg (12.2mb)

If anyone wants the huge version of either of the videos, let me know and I'll set up an FTP.

Pity there wasn't a prize for the dirtiest car.  It's a lovely day here and I'm away  to wash off 750 miles worth of filth and grime.

Regards,

Boyd
