I have 225/45 ZR17 on the front, and 245/40 ZR17 on the rear. According to the manual the tyre pressures with two passengers should be 2.2 bar front and 2.2 bar rear. If I carry luggage it's 2.4 front and 2.6 rear.

What pressures would you recommend for track days?

Tim,

Normally people say to up the pressure so to strengthen the tyre walls.. I suppose a lot is trial and error and dependant on conditions & temp..

Ask John Safe or Jeff Heywood as they have plenty experience on track..
