I currently have two custom made shower proof lightweight car covers that I purchased from Classic Additions. They are ideal for daily use as they can be put straight on to a wet car and are fully breathable. I found them useful as I work next to a busy railway line and the brake dust eats at the paintwork. After practice they can be fitted in a few minutes Details as follows:

One is to suit an E36 Coupe/convertible. It will only suit a standard car that does not have the sport kit or rear spoiler. Also if you have an old telephone or radio aerial then you will need to make a simple cut out in the cover. Cost £50

The second was custom made is to suit an E46 Sport Coupe/Convertible but it will also fit a standard model. I used to own a convertible so there is a cut out for the rear aerial. The cut out can easily be fixed with the repair kit that Classic Additions have supplied. Cost £50

I'd be very surprised if it didn’t fit the saloon. You could always bring the car over (I live in Croydon and work in Battersea). If I sent it out by post and it didn’t fit I'd give you a full refund less the postage. I can't say fairer than that Guv.
