1986 M635 CSi - 87K and still running in.
1996 E34 525i Sport - 151K and still uses no oil! Taking M6 to Munich Legends tomorrow for a tune-up and general check over before the summer. Hopefully they will improve on 17MPG... |

89 320i SE, 131,000 miles, still uses no oil. Rusty though.
90 325i Sport, 120,600 miles The 5-series seems to wear better than the 3: I test-drove an E28 M535 recently with 132k over as many rough surfaces as I could find. Not a squeak or rattle. Similarly, an E34 520iA courtesy car from my local BMW specialist was as tight as a new car at 156,000 miles
