Well yesterday i had time after work to head to Menzies to pick up the car
(OMG they have a new M3 in white there)
Some of you seen that i had a small ding on the wing after all the work i got done, and BMW Menzies have fixed it and a very good job it is too all free of charge (not see it in sunlight yet) And about 2 weeks ago i was fitting a new battery i was struggling to see and working in a small space I rolled the car out of garage ,left boot lid open as rolling car out and it traps and drags the cord for the garage door down hitting and pulling car boot back so boot was not closing down right!!! Body shop have fixed that too but i have ordered hinge for ebay I have used the car but no where near the amount i would have liked, work and personal life got in the way of meets as well as Gaydon My next thing now is i have ordered new head light leans as the others are very pitted (Bosh ones) A bit of a cost but worth it for the new look? Also now that the car tax ends this month i will be stripping down the brake calipers and sending them away to be painted and refurbished so there not just going to look new the will have new seals and pistons Will take pics of the work as it happens. hope to see you all soon? |
