I have just heard back from the guy at driver training,
Due to the commonwealth games the visit would need to be after they have finished.
He has proposed a Wednesday evening, 13th, 20th or 27th August.
What are your thoughts?

Thanks,
Barry

Perhaps 20th or 27th as these dates are far away from summer holidays etc..

27th would be best as just back from Gaydon on the 18th. Could still manage the 20th if required tho.

I'll be pushing my luck for those dates on the account that the E60 will have just had a baby seat fitted in the back.

Will probably not be allowed out......

I'm perfectly able on all 3, although as Paul said, Gaydon is 16-18th of August so it would be preferrably later

27th would be best for me as I am on holiday the fortnight over the Gaydon weekend so likely to be away the 13th or the 20th.
Thanks for organising this!

I have emailed the guy at driver training to let him know the 27th would be the preferred date.
He is now off on leave so it will be a few weeks before I hear back, but I will update the post when I do.
Thanks

UPDATE

Now that the commonwealth games are finished my contact at the driver training department has been in touch and is just looking to confirm if we are still wishing to attend,

Wednesday 27th August from 7-9pm

Given the interest I said yes we would attend, if those on the list can no longer make it please let me know.
Thanks, Barry
