Update - I am in the process of sending out the pm's with the booking instructions and this stupid forum only lets me send 10 pm's in an hour WTF! Not much use when trying to organise an event!!!!

So if you havent got one please be patient I will get it too you as soon as im allowed!!!! Angry

I have been in touch with the hotel today and they have respecfully asked if you can call them to pay the deposit no later than Thursday 2nd Aug as they cannot hold the rooms/party night places indefinately. Please can you let me know once you have booked it and I will update the list or contact me by PM if you have any problems with it.
