Hi Folks

Can anyone suggest a really good local BMW specialist in the Lanarkshire area ? My 5 series is just about out of BMW 3 year warranty, & I'm looking for a really good local garage to look after her in the future.  Handshake

Thanks

Davy at BM Motors in Law gets the nod from a lot of folk on here.  I don't know if he has diagnostic gear though but for routine servicing he is supposidly very good.  Wrong side of Glasgow for me.

If you are handy with a spanner (and don't mind lying on your back on the driveway/garage floor) do the servicing yourself?

Plenty of us can vouch for Davy's good work, you can't go wrong with him.
he doesn't have diagnostic equipment but does have access to it from a local garage.

I may sound extra, but indeed when I was in Glasgow, I used to take my car to BM Motors as well, after the recommendations of the forum. Last time was 6 years ago though, as I moved from the area in 2006.
I was very pleased with the work, he's a friendly chap and I always had a cup of coffee with biscuits from his wife!
He may not remember me, but surely he will remember my car at the time! Montreal blue LHD E36 316i saloon with Greek number plates Cool
