5 and 6 Series Recalled...

 

The girls behind the service desk (who were very good looking, mibbie I should stop servicing it myself and get them to do it more often if I get to meet the service desk girls.....sorry where was I.....) told me that it will get the 'quality enhancement' work done, I said, you mean the recall work.  No sir it is a 'quality enhancement'.  They told me that BMW are indeed calling this one a 'quality enhancement' rather than a recall but the letter states quite cleary that it is a recall.

 

The word recall frightens people apparantly so BMW use phrases like 'quality enhancement' so as not to scare the brown stuff out of customers.  They did mention that other punters have said that there letters state 'recall'.
