Peake code help

   Looking for a wee bit of help.
My work mate has a 2004 e46 2ltr Diesel.
He says now and again the revs will drop for no reason then come back up (Not stalling).
I plugged my Peake code in and got these codes after many E10's.
This is them in order.
What table should I use for his car as I know mines is table 18 for the 5.
54,C, 42, 22, C, 42, 32.
