Mate what a bummer.
To say MY FACE was a picture, you should have seen Steph, she was like tigger on speed. Bouncing about the car park. Lovely looking car. Steph was saying stuff the flat you can both sleep in the car.

The reason I decided to get it inspected was there's just a little too much of a clunk between 1st and 2nd, So I took it down to Andrew and David at the Mill Garage Longniddry, got them to give it a going over and tell me whats what(Both Ex BMW mechanics. Turn out there's some small cracks at the rear of the subframe, not sure whats at the front.
But the good thing is if the boot floor section does need replaced, it'll be my Mum's partner Colin who will be doing the mechanical work as he works for Eastern/Western at the bodyshop. So he'll be nice to it. Will see whats happens on Monday.

Unfortunately all E46's will at some point require rear subframe repair. The 7-10 year old models are really starting to come out of the woodwork for BMW right now.  |

Andrew, as a few folk have ast this now, no the e30 is not being
