Built in TV signal is poor always!

   Hi,
I have a BMW 3.25 ci sport convertible on a 52 plate, which has the built in TV sat nav and 6 disc cd autochanger.
Is there any way of upgrading the TV to recieve digital signal instead of the analogue tv signals?
Or upgrading the ariel type? As you are all aware now everywhere is going digital and soon the analogue tv signal will be a thing of the past.
Could not find any topics relating to this on the forum so thought I would ask and see what comes back!
