Hi guys my cars currently in the bodyshop getting a little work done. The bootlid is being painted so will need to repossition the M3 badge. Does anyone have any pics of a e36 preferably the saloon showing exact location of badge??
I took a pic of mine before it was striped but I think it was slightly off.

Sorry for being abit anal about it, just what im like. haha

Thank in advance Craig

I've got one article at hand that claims 1109 saloons and another that says 1189 (415 3.0s and 694 3.2 evos) Either way they were not popular at the time.
Should lend them a bit of exclusivity in years to come though

I've seen a diagram with the exact measurements for badge placement around the web somewhere. Eventually it will come back to me just where.

Think the 4 door ones came with ordinary mirrors and no vadars although possibly an option. I was looking at them before I got the Evo coupe
Quite a nippy family saloon though

Alan.

Ok found it.

These are the positions for all badges in the E36 range in case anyone wants them.
Obviously you'll only need the M3 section at the bottom Craig

Fantastic Ham. Your a star.

So there was 964 m3 evos, just as i thought. Yeh sure there will  be abit exclusive in years to come.

The saloon do have the normall m3 spec mirrors, however they dont  have the vadars. As they are odviously tilting seats for rear passengers.

Thanks again Ham
