Hi I have two issues with my 1996 E34 520. The alarm has not fob, can this be sorted please?
While trying to fit a 3rd brake light, I found three black wired under the parcel shelf. Are these for the brake light? They are not live even when brake pedal is depressed. Is there an alternative feed for the brake light please. Much obliged for any assistance. Terry |

I am trying to get a fob for mine, a 96 520. For the e36 it's a simple case of getting the right fob ( 2 button grey and red) and then resetting the alarm module behind the glove box. The e34 has the same alarm so will try (awaiting arrival of spare alarm fob) and will let you know Thanks Ross |
