If you can afford to gamble 18K on whether or not you'll get to keep an E92 M3, go for it, but it wouldn't be me.

If it looks too good tobe true, it ususally is.

When i'm as old (long time) and wise as that man that's how it'd put it. Scam written all over it 
 As for the question E92 M3 are still dropping like a stone and will continue to do so. E46 CS/CSL would be my choice with that sort of cash. Bid hard though
