Can we get those new speed limit signs in this country?

I think that would work!

What other household items can be V8 powered?

A vacuum cleaner would be a good start me thinks.

IMO, that's what 5th gear is for, car tests but there is satire and humour added to top gear that a lot of shows don't come close to. I agree, it has been a bit farsicle over time but in some ways that adds a bit of fun. Clarkson hates porsches and likes to wind up Hammond because he loves them. I happen to agree with clarkson, 911's are flattened beetles and have got to be the oldest car design in the world. Lambo's always have that bit of panache which Ferrari's also seem to lack.

Yes Topgear is very satirical and that is one of the good points.

However, the 911 design is no older than the LandRover/Rangerover design, yet he has nothing but praise for them. How about Rolls Royce design?

Yes Hammond likes them and Clarkson doesn't. So how come Clarkson's view is the only one that matters? It would be fairer to call it the Jeremy Clarkson show.

Incidentally I don't like it any more when he has a totally undeserved pop at BMW, Vauxhall or even the stupid Prius M3 race.

When they are funny they are very funny, however when it starts to become the JC bashing us with his baised opinions show then it gets broing.

Also a 911 looks nothing like a beetle. Better go to spec savers...
