Open an account at Copart (what used to be Universal Salvage). They have
around 2-3 damaged M3's at the moment.
I don't have a carbon footprint. I drive everywhere.

I WAS a purist. But my engine is blown up and I can't see myself blowing another 4-5k to repair it just to blow it up again. A high power S14 is big ££££ which I am not willing to spend. And I followed (or better tried to follow) an E30 on the Ring with an S50 under the bonnet. He was giving me a serious run for my money.
Since that I have buried my "I am purist" attitude and decided to do somethng sensible for a change. (..as much as I hate to admit this!)

ah ok

but still budget in 4/5k on the s50 conversion. if you go over to the e30zone you will find that a lot of people who have done the conversion paid far more than they budgeted. the manifold alone is circa £1k

Does that mean you have some tasty S14 morsels for sale, Uwe?

As I recall you have a CF airbox, Alpha N, cams, etc

Sorry to hear of the S14 demise...I know the feeling having spent £3.5K on a rebuild earlier this year!

Was thinking induction and fuelling kit...

Let me know what you have, though, and what you want for it and I'll see if anything is of interest.

Good luck on the new project...

Chap, here in Reading, put a 3.2 S52 into his E30 M3 shell...Now looks, sounds and goes superbly. However, he spent more on the car than it cost initially and it now owes him around £20K, unless he has changed it since we last talked, of course...

My car is a track only car.So I don't have to worry too much about the cosmetics. Form follows function. I never get it how bills can spiral up to 20k....

have placed a seperate Ad for the parts.
