front wing damage

   hello all, I am new to this forum I have a 323ci coupe which i enjoy but my other half decided to have a meeting with a pole the result is I have a dent on the wing bumper slightly pulled, can any of you recommedend a good panel beater in the dublin area, lucan with a good price to fix it, also driver door sticking common with the E46 bmw want 350 to replace the lock mechanism
