can anyone help me? i have a 1991 325ise the problem im having is my gears trying to go back down through the box is fine until i get to 1st it grinds all the time. and the bite on the clutch is there as soon as you start letting the clutch up it's got 175000 miles but it has been well looked after so im told!! any help would be great
