i have a compact 318 ti sport i can get LOWERING SPRINGS from a E36 MODEL (WERE ON A 318IS ), 2nd hand would these go onto my compact ?? thanks in advance Bob.... |

Not sure, it's the rear you want to look out for as its derived from an E30 and is lighter than normal E36.
Have a look at an on line parts catalogue, like Demon Tweeks etc. usually tells you what item is for what model. |

FWIW, according to my Eibach traders catalogue, based on the E36 models, the 318is has a different rear axle loads. As a result, all the suspension kit options, springs, shocks etc have different part numbers, so I would therefore say no is the answer to your question. (A set of lowering spring kits by Boge for example from GSFCP are fairly inexpensive, bought a Boge Turbo spring kit for a customers car for about 75) |
