Well despite only getting in at 3am this morning,my car was booked in at A.W.Autotech 24 St.Peter Street,Aberdeen,01224 643251 for a brake fluid change and coolant change,so i took it down at 0730 to be greeted well by a mechanic who took my keys,but before going i managed to have a chat with Kevin.Told him what needed done and that i need the car back early afternoon.
The boss called at 1430 and said that was my car ready and talked me thru what was done by kevin
On picking the keys up i was greeted well by reception staff and again talked thru what had been done by Kevin
Little things like this and the fact that the seat covers were removed and mats shaken and Beige Leather still Beige and no dirty marks on the door cards is what i want from my Indy This is my first time at A.W.Autotech since Kevin moved there and i am very happy Top Customer service 10/10 |

Have been there a couple of times now & well happy with service from Kev as always, though I see he is not the only one working on BMWs in there.

No all the mechanics are pretty good in there i believe But you just say that Kev is to do the job and its not a problem

Excellent Pete.
Is there the possibility we could do the same here as we do at BM Motors and have a garage meet. That way we can have a NE garage who supports us as well. |

They do support us Gary,and as said in this months mag things are going to happen in 2007 new premises hopefully at start of year and we may be able to get a day to open it |
