Sounds like a faulty switch to me Tiko. A common fault with them is also the resistor but I don't think that is your problem as what normally happens if the resistor goes is the blower will only work on full speed whichever setting it is on. In your case there must be a resistance there to produce the slow speed.

Hi people need some diagnosis and prognosis!

The heater fan doesn't come to full speed. It turns on and off etc but very slow fan speed even if the speed is set to full...What could it be?
