Seen some of the movies and looks like you had some fun. One or two hairy moments in there. Not sure i would want to do that in my own car as it might lead to.

Thats Brian Murphy. He's had it 3 years and only put 300 miles on it!

The Nogaro Silver one is my Evo II.

Looks like you had yourself a good event.. well done!

Did you make the money? enough left over for a deposit on the next one? Just Car Club or did you 'open up'?

There's nowt wrong with a Capri.. they can be tricked up quite nicely.. in fact you can knock yourself together a tasty little trackday number with coil overs and big brakes for around a grand.. it will never be an M3.. but boy do they embarrass some of the exotic machines when you catch them napping.

Our track day (afternoon) had (I think) 33 people and given the reductions Brendan Purcell squeezed out of Mondello Park (2 pints of blood from a small stone!) we have about 200 or 300 Euros left which will go towards next years track day(s).

Would any of the UK boys (or girls) fancy taking the ferry over for it?

Killian

I think next year people will sign up a lot quicker. Everyone had a great and there was greta enthusiasm afterwards.

Now that we have had our first day, poeple know what to expect and therefore will stir a lot more interest!

Rear Wheel Drive + Wet Track = Gotta love it!!!

The world is a tragedy to those who feel, but a comedy to those who think.

Perhaps you should consider the club calendar before booking your next trackday just incase there is another club trackday at that time.. Cadwell Park is usually in May, Croft is usually July and the CSL day is usually in October.. so, March/April should be good.. you may be able to get the circuit hire down if you go out of season.. we sometimes drop on a bargain in the winter months.. like Bedford Autodrome a couple of years ago for five grand.. just one month before Christmas.. I had a full turnout, it was great!
