Aye, when I had the M3 Chipped the acceleration was alot more torque'y low down coming straight in at about 2700 rpm, it was great. Not to mention the 155mph limiter it removed!!

A chip to bore out your engine to 2.2 that would be impressive!!!

I take it you mean the performance of a 2.2

A chip wont make an amazing difference but is probably the cheapest way to get a few extra horses and make it much perkier to drive

Where about in Falkirk you at? I live up the High Station way. Maybe see you around Falkirk, and at one of the meets soon.

Welcome mate, and I am sure that someone one here will be able to help you with ANY problems you have with your E36. Hopefully none right enough but you never know!

You done any before/after rolling road runs w.r.t. power changes from the exhaust?

Nope, hasn't been anywhere near the rollers yet. I meant to do before/after runs with the exhaust and induction kit but didn't get round to it before I fitted them. Hopefully I'll be getting a remap soonish and will be able to check the power then.

She's definitely quicker and is a lot more responsive to the throttle so I'm guessing there's been an increase over the standard bhp with the two of them on. Probably not much but every little helps .

Stuart.

Hi Graham and welcome to the club and forum, nice looking car you have mate .

Thanks to everyone that organised the meet, was a cracking day out. Was great to watch Davy doing his thing on our cars and always good to learn more about them.

Glad to hear you got home without any problems Nero, hope you get it all sorted ok.
