My zed 3 is in getting the front end resprayed after a large stone dented the bonnet. What would you reccomend to try and cut down the stone chips.

I know going slower would help but that is not going to happen is it.

I have been diagnosed with ADHOtS. Attention Deficit Hyperactive Ohh that's Shiney

I dont like that film stuff as you cant polish Lol

You could try driving faster,so you are always the car in front so you wont get stone chips

Sandy, what about using clear vinyl from a Graphics/ sign shop, I am pretty sure that you can polish this, having worked in the trade for three years. I think 751 banner vinyl in clear may do what is needed.

Yeah you can polish the stuff Ross, but it ain't going to add any depth or gloss to the car unlike the untreated stuff

I may be wrong, but someone told me a while ago that a good quality sealent  can help cut down on stone chips.  So i bought megs #21 (at £40 a bottle it better be good ) since i put it on i have had little to no stone chips and i drive 60 miles a day, so it must be doing something right.

Ill need to ask about but im sure this is what i was told.

they have a forum you can ask questions about the product on, too

stone chips can be aversion therapy for habitual tailgaters...
