The second part of the code ( like the above os 181/9) relates to the shade of colour, to find out what yours is (I'm assuming your strut sticker is missing) you can ask the dealer, and they will tell you the exact code.

Most colours had a few different shades.

Hello Piers

I am having some DiamondSchwartz made at the moment to sort out mirror cans and bumper, also forthcoming evoII front splitter. It's going to be in solvent-bourne BASF Line 55, OEM standard. I doubt I'll need all of it... Where are you based? I might well be able to help you out depending on your requirements...

(I work for BMW as a paint specialist at Rolls-Royce. I have many friendly sprayers also!)

Call me on 07775584009 if I could be of help...

Nick. (1988 E30 M3 DiamondSchwartz (obviously))

thanks for the advice - 181/9 was correct, checked the strut y'day justto be sure on the shading - im doing a carbon boot spoiler, so have given to painter who does a bit of this kind of stuff, so will leave paint choice etc up to him.

thanks for the offers
