The rear wiper works with the LH button, but not the washer or wiper with the RH button.

I've also found that the head lamp wiper motors had been disconnected (they were seized, but I've freed them off).

Are the the 2 systems in any way linked so once I get the head light motors back in everything will work?

As far as I'm aware they are seperate systems. If I remember correctly from the handbook, the headlamp wash/wipe works off the front wiper stalk by pressing the end to activate the intense windscreen washers, which in turn operates the headlamp wash wipe once in every ten operations. I have a similar problem with my rear wash/wipe though I only think the washer isn't working on mine. I'd be interested to know myself what to check and how best to maintain the wash/wipe facility. I also have a problem with the pressure of my windscreen washers as well, any thoughts?

One of the sparks at work suggested the switch might be duff or the relay. I'll have to check

Low pressure, check if the little one way valves (white valve with either 2 or 3 outlets) ain't blocked/jammed  if they are the fluid just pisses out of them through a little hole in the side and then you get low pressure and of course don't forget to check hoses for splits.
