brake fluid change

   my m3 evo is due for  brake fluid change. i've got the service light reset tool. i've used it a few times but i'm not too sure how to reset the brake fluid light and the oil service light. if i change the brake fluid will i have to bleed the clutch as well as teh brake,if so how do i bleed the clutch.
