My E36 evo shows up on some systems (insurance companys mostly) as in Imola not an Evo?
Has anybody else encountered this?

The GT2 was referred to as an 'Imola Edition' - maybe this is the problem ?

Are you making a register of Imola Individual M3 Evolutions? If so I have one, and I'd love to know how many are left on the road out of the 50 made.

The car isnt Imola red and, it has none of the GT styling or interior. I spose it might just be a glitch in some computers. Its actually in a rather common combination of Techno Violet and Silver Nappa! Im going to get some work carried out under the warranty on fri so i will enquire then. Ill keep you posted

I think there's still one of them in Aberdeen Duncan (and I believe there were two of them here at one point). Haven't seen it around for a few months though...

Apart from RV's (which isn't far from me)... there is another Imola M3 in Warwick (but the arrogant knob who drives it doesn't quiet understand what pedestrian crossings are....
... anyone want to own up?

(That's not the problem Dunk... it's the guy sat in his (very dirty and pov looking) M3 who doesn't think "Crossing, pedestrian, stop and give way" and just keeps going... complete muppet.)
Didn't strike me as the kind of owner who frequents this site though.

It's odd how non-enthusiasts can end up in rarer / more unusual cars...
I remember a tale of a local Honda dealer who had a regular lady customer who was elderly. For years she had bought hi-spec cars from them and one year she bought an Integra Type R!
She brought it back saying it was 'a little quick'
