"but needs more trade stands!"
I'd definately agree there. Cars were lovely but there is only so much looking you can do until you need to start buying parts to make your own even better |

I believe there should have been quite a few more stands there, and judging by the signs that were up, the space was allowed for them, they just didn't show?

I went to the last one at Gaydon 2 years ago. This one was far better, it only had about three trade stands.
There were more cars and people at this one so hopfully now it's more popular the next one will have a few more trade stands. |

Hi Guys
I Would like to thank all you E30 guys and gals for turning up on Sunday. We counted 45 E30s at one point in the morning. It kept me busy all day I spoke to a lot of you and would like to have had more time to spend with you. In the E30 Register we now have a full committe so I hope that at the next festival I will have the help I need to spend time looking at the cars and chatting. Thanks again. |

The trouble with getting trade stands is that they are usually already committed to other events.
Putting a 'new' event on in the middle of the season and expecting a big trade turnout is just not realistic.. but it will grow.. we just have to convince them that our event is bigger and better than everyone else's. Nick |

Alright Duncan, got those lights on no bother, the old unit slotted right in. Cheers. Made it up the road easily enough, even managed to catch up with Kevin from Wishaw. Left Warwick and first stop was Sauchiehall Street to drop off Dougie. Decent enough Fuel consumption i suppose. Anyway, look forward to seeing you all at Hawes at the end of the month, and maybe catch up with you one lunch time in Glasgow. Take it easy all, |

Just for the record, I was speaking to one of the Gaydon Duty officers (ex air force place you know) at the end of the day.He said that over 900 cars turned up to view the show, and that is excluding the normal visitors.
I won the Paragon Raffle (radio controlled F1 car), and also a prize in the club raffle (BBS Pen), so I had a really great day. Hope that you all did. |

I don't know if I'm allowed to mention it here, so I'll whisper it.. Go to the Donington show in October, there's loads of trade stands there |
