Where and when?
Im suggesting during either the first or second (Valentines) weekend in February - possibly a Sunday
Where? Same place as last time (in Portlaoise)?
edit: This has beed scheduled for 12pm next Sunday (Feb 5th) in PJ Kavanaghs Pub (upstairs), Main Street, Portlaoise

Sunday would be best for all i'd iamgine.
We can hold the meeting upstairs in my friends pub in Portlaoise, it's called PJ Kavanaghs and is on main street, parking shouldn't be too much of a problem on Sundays. I know he'll be only to happy to show of his new motor and it's an ideal place. It's used by his comedy club, Laois surf club and Laois Celtic supporters club. I'll let him know if everyone is cool with the location.

Was talking to PJ last night, he's happy for us to use the upstairs for our meeting. Unfortunately he is away for the 12th so what about moving it to the next weekend?

The 12th isn't great for me. How about the 26th - would that suit everyone? Or is that too late?

I would like to attend this meeting,but I will be working on the 25th & 26th (27th is a Monday).
I would also like to say that I know it's impossible to find a date to suit everyone, I know we have to compromise, but to use myself as an example - I joined the club less than a year ago and would like to attend and get involved in club events but so far I have missed the March '05 track day, the munster economy run, the capital cars show&shine,the AGM and this meeting if it's on the 26th/27th, due to work (I only work one weekend a month).
I know the club has to go with a date that will bring in the biggest crowd, and if that always falls on the weekend I'm working then so be it, I don't expect everyone to fit in with me and I'm only saying this because the club seems to be trying to get more people involved and not just the same faces all the time.
I'm not tryng to get at anybody with any of this and fair play to those involved in organising anything to do with the club,if I don't make it to this one than hopefully I'll see ye at the next one.
( if the next track day falls on a day I'm working then I'll be looking for a new job)

Beemerboy - I had meant the 26th (Sunday) - 27th was a typo and is now changed above.
How about a poll - 12th, 19th, 26th, 5th(March)?
So far, Richie can't make the 12th, and it's not the greatest for me. Killian can't make the 19th, and Beemerboy can't do the 26th.
