can anyone explain the reason my temp indication sometimes hardly makes it off the blue, i supect the thermostat, but when it does read normal temp the heater is still only warm, also the temp controls are a bit tempremental sometimes blowing well then not at all.

Thermostats are cheap enough to replace so make that your first step. The waterpumps sometime break up if they have the plastic impeller.

Make sure this hasn't happened & the previous owner covered it up by removing the thermostat.

Where the heck is Baku???

What do you need a thermostat there for??? It's either freezing cold or boiling hot
