I was thinking of booking my car in for some waxoyl
treatment. Anybody used Thewaxworks? They've got a new branch near me and are offering a discount. Your advice would be appreciated. Pete |

judging by the amount of the stuff on my car the previous owner loved the stuff and it seems to have done its job very well as, despite the cars 25 years and its Karmann construction, I've yet to find any serious corrosion on her. Can't help with a garage recomendation though http://www.claasi.de/start/menu/index.htm?../../html/bmw1310 00.htmlthe piccie might help if you fancy DIYing it |

There's one near me that my mate's taken his Merc Cosworth Evo to. They've done a great job & I fully intend to get the Six along asap. |

I've done my M6 myself lying under the car using the manual pump that comes with the Waxoyl. If someone near to me had professional kit and did it for a reasonable price I certainly would go to them.
