...whether it's still possible to search on the web for vehicle details - whether still known etc - using registration number????

There used to be a link for this on the RAC site but it's gone and a google just brings up stuff about selecting your own cherished number

anyone know??

thanks in advance

The RAC vehicle check is still there. You have to go into MY RAC and then you will see vehicle data search.

The RAC one it still there too.

Go to the main RAC site, on the menu on the left select Car Buying, then under Other Services select Vehicle Data Search (DVLA) and enter your reg number.

I would imagine this function just automatically uses the link that Ian put above.
