Only a NON ringer will ask this......

Although I am not a real fan of the Ring I have to admit it is a MUST to have done at least a passenger lap!

Nothing compares to it. Go and get converted

C'mon, don't be so emotionless .

Don't you agree that the Ring is something special?
(keep in mind it's me saying that. Most of the guy's here know that I don't like the Ring...)

I can see what you mean, it is good, but for me a good open pit lane track day in the UK, just seems much better value and less grief, more track time to set the car up ? MAYBE IT'S JUST ME .

Fully agree with you. I totally exclude the Ring as a track day (which in reality it isn't a track day anyway), was just talking about the Ring as unique Place.
Personally I don't use the Ring as the place I want to push myself and the car to the limit, it's just for fun and a good place to meet all kind of people, cars and bikes.
And of course the food in the Pistenklause......

it seems i will be driving for long periods of time followed by extended drinking sessions and cracking on to local bints.

if its got to be done..........

Brian, Kevin,
I am happy to go at another weekend. Any suggestions?
I have to say I am not very keen on queing up either...

This is very, very tentative until Nurburgring GmbH decide to publish the schedule but we have in mind a visit from 20 May thru 29 May as this would give us clearer lapping during the week as well as time over the weekends to socialise and to odd lap(s) if it isn't too busy.

Simon, Where are you looking?

I can only see times until the end of April, and then when viewed in German...
