That's fine with me Alan. What about meeting up at the services on the A19 just past the Black/White Swan crossroads at 0945?

Mick

Me... well, I have just picked up my new (for new read 1990) toy and hand washed it only to find it was a nice silver colour really.

I also thought about meeting up en route as we live in Stockton On Tees, then it dawned on me that as this is our first meet, it is entirely possible we end up following some bod into their drive should we latch on to the back of the wrong beemer.

See you all in't morning at Morrisons.

Mike & Gill.

Well, I've just been a lazy get and taken the car through the 'Monster Wash', given the inside a pollish and am all ready for the morning (save the car-juice and nosh).

Hopefully will meet at the Morrisons car park, unless she who must be obeyed has nicked me trowel to do her make-up and it hasn't set in time...

Just a point for the guys travelling from the north - Alan's suggested meeting up en-route on the A19. I can go that way. Anyone else?

Also, are we going through to Borobridge, to come back north or meeting up with the main group at Helmsley?

Cal - any news yet on the 530?

Cheers.

Mick

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the welcome, we look forward to the trip on Sunday, all things being well!

I'm a sucker for E30's and have to admit to having stored one at great expense (318iSE Auto 1987) for too long, but have now bought a 1990 325i SE with MTEC kit etc in Silver..... can't wait to pick her up.

See you all on Sunday.

Hi Rhys and all,

Myself, Mike and my good lady Gill are off to collect our new (well, old really) possession on Saturday and wondered if it might be alright to join you guys on Sunday on the run to Whitby?

I have joined 'tut club today and look forward to being involved and learning as much as we can.

Best wishes

Mike & Gill

P.S. If the answer is yes, could someone e mail me the route too, Ta

If someone is taking an estate car, sorry, touring, or a X5, they should be able to fit a pie in the back for Chris!
My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavours last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Sorry I won't be there guys, but I'm drying my hair.

Nah, as you'll have seen I'm on another run with another forum - so if any of you don't want to go as far as Whitby but fancy a short run out then go to the other thread and sign up!

You'll have to put up with lots of Audi's and a Ferrari 360, as well as me of course, but they're a good bunch and fun WILL be had!
