E34 M5 Chronic Misfire - part 2

   Many thanks for your suggestions on 2nd August - have now tried all ideas - no luck.
Any other ideas?
What about taking the CAT off? No MOT here.
With the amount of misfiring the car is doing, I wonder if either the CAT or the Lamda Probe could be damaged?
