The designation is M Roadster or M Coupe

E36/7 for the roadster and E36/8 for the coupe

There is no such thing as an MZ3 although so few people realise it its hardly worth arguing the toss.

Check out  www.zroadster.net and you may get some help

Jon Beckett tried the Decat pipes, car dyno'd before and after. Apparently the pipes made little or no difference to the readings, so he had them removed. No doubt he will enlighten you further when he reads the thread.

Can't speak for the M roadster, by my E36 is decatted, and due to the ECU or whatever, there was no immediate difference.

However after a few thousand miles things are changing.

Main difference is way up top of the rev-band, where she used to tail off, it still pulls.

Crackles and pops like the S54 E46 M3 too!

You never performed an ECU reset after fitting them then?
