I'm going to be 23 soon.

Does anyone know of insurance companies that will insure me for a M3 convertible(2004/05), even as an additional driver. 1 accident, no points.

Thanks for your help.

Get hold of a current BMW magazine. Then phone all the people in the back.

I found very few companies that wanted to touch my M3. Best reason I was given "A lot of them were stolen in the 80's" So when I asked about a quote on a Sierra Cosworth, they were only to glad to give me a quote.
Rich.

I don't know if that is of any help but when I had some trouble yesterday for my "modified" car a gentlemen called Andy at HIC was very helpful.

08451 290290 is the number. Ask for Andy and let him know that you got this number from the BMW car club forum.

Good Luck!

Do a search for insurance on the forums as its a topic often discussed. Im with Adrian Flux and found them to be the cheapest around for me.

For faster quoting, you could try one of the 'screensweepers' they are companies like www.insuresupermarket.co.uk who will check 50 or more insurers sites for you and you only have to put your details in once. Good Luck, when I was 23 my pride and joy was an 9 year old XR2

FWIW, confused.com were useless last time I needed a quote.  Their best answer was miles higher than my renewal from Admiral.  Go figure...

FWIW when I was 23, I was driving a 14 year-old s**t-brown Carlton.

Steve.
