I have just been reading about this on the BMWCC web site, not that there is a lot to read.  But I was also reading on the Scottish Region forum that they are organising a convoy down etc.  (I'm on my lunch break!!! I'm allowed to surf t'internet!)

Did anyone go last year?  Was it any good?

More importantly, is anyone going this year?  Will anyone be organising a convoy/gathering/NE stand etc.? (or does this fall under the same sticky subject as organising a run?)

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavours last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Went last year with the Z3 in the Z register exhibiors area and the wife took the X3 for people to nosey at.

We had a good time as the Z register organised some runs out during the day.

Exhibitors were great I thought, with lots to see and do.  I think there's more planned for this year too (but like you say, little details at this stage).

Will be going down again this year too.

Hi Tim,

We had a few go down together last year, I'm presuming we're going again.

Last year we stopped at Tebay services around 1pm to meet up with someone called Madeira John to join up with the Scottish convoy down to Gaydon

If there is anyone wanting to join up at Tebay I'd e-mail the Scottish Chairperson - James Westwood (pm:-  BMBits.co.uk) you can also ask him to arrange accommodation if you want to stay at the same hotel as the Scottish mob)

Currently E38 - 740

Will the NE region be having a stand, or grouping of cars?  If so, will it be a joint NE region, or split into the NE divisions?  Is anyone co-ordinating?

Don't know as the VOYAH group is virgin to this kind of thing.

This seems to have dropped off the radar.......  Does the NE have a stand at Gaydon?  Or do we just gather in groups, travel down and park in the car park? confused_I

There will be an Alpina contingent from the North East but I think its going to be mixed with any other Alpinas that say there turning up and I believe its the Leicester part of the NE section organising the spaces.

hey guys!

What are you doing for a stand for Gaydon?

I have been approached by a couple of members that are interested in attending this event and stay in the North East, but have asked me as our topic is ongoing

Do you have space allocated?

How can people get there tickets?

Mark, ring the club office on 01225 709009 to pay £6, or £8 on the day.

I have some info on spaces for a stand, so watch this space for details......

But keep the names coming on who is going...... bigok
