It was an entertaining game.

Thats the second time in a week I've seen the better team lose in a cup final, funny old game.

Well done to Liverpool, nice to see a British club ( almost said English, but Gaydons getting closer, so need to be a bit careful with the Scottish boys lol) doing well.

Best Wishes

Nigel

Your a girly, so just won't understand.

I'm surrounded by them here too, my little lad and myself enjoying ourselves, my wife and daughters threatening to call the funny farm.

Best Wishes

I have to admit I prefer the smaller league games and the Sunday and midweek local club standard of footy. The players are not the overpaid prima donnas that are usually found in the big teams.

The only bit of celebrating I did this end of season was the fact that Southampton get put down a level...which in my book is poetic justice for what they did when stealing the manager from Pompey...

Apart from that its the weekender/midweek teams that I like to watch.

How can you possibly say that?

Milan were the better team in first half Hence the 3-0 thrashing

Liverpool were all over milan in second half Hence 3 goals in 6 Min's

The possession at end of game was 51% Milan and 49% Liverpool

The team with more desire and determination one at the end of the day

The End

Because I thought Milan deserved to win last night, and Manchester United deserved to win last weekend, but its only an opinion, I don't support any of the teams involved.

I liked Allys comment too, I like to watch my nine year old son play for his school team, he isn't anything special as far as football is concerned, but the kids enjoy themselve so much its nice to watch.

Some of the parents however need shooting.

Best Wishes

Nigel

The parents are embarrassing at kids footy games. Its the parents who act like the prima donna's then.

The Sunday leagues etc are far more enjoyable to watch cos the players are more grounded and they don't act like the spoiled brats of the big teams..for example Wayne 'Stamp my Foot' Rooney and David 'Damn I missed Again' Beckham.

Have to admit that I am partial to a bit of a scrummage rather that footy...they ain't cry babies as much in rugger as they are in footy...

Shame they don't get to defend the title next year - UEFA won't change the rules so Liverpool wont be in the champions league next season (flaming euros!!)
