with respect, it is Brian Bradley that you need to speak to not 'the club'.

Brian is the organiser of the event.

Has anyone spoken to the Car club with reference to the "R" compound tyres?

If not, I will speak to them this week.

Nick,

Your event looks like a good day out, it makes sense to be able to learn a bit more about the car, esp as I haven't driven one for nearly 6 months.  Only problem is, I get back from the Algarve quite late on Sunday, so not sure if I can make it on the monday.

thanks,

James

Does anyone know as yet if we can use the "R compound tyres" yet?  I have 17" Hartge's on mine, and i'm buying new wheels and Yoko A032R's for the track.  So I aint gonna track the Hartge's and I aint gonna buy another set of tyres, that i'll use once!

Cheers,

James

Well it looks like Brian has not taken any heed of not refering to our days as 'Track Days'

So maybe he will allow the tyres.. perhaps someone could give him a call and find out.

.. anyone off to Cadwell this Wednesday?

Is this event going to be run to the daft "No R Compound Tyres" rule or are we allowed to use proper track tyres ??
