Hi all, I am new to this forum and am hoping that somebody can suggest a good place to sell an X5 related number plate. I have been given a price from a "Rover" dealer, but feel sure it may be worth trying a specialist seller. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks |

Hi Darren, Thanks for the advice, the plate is X58 EER which spells X5 BEER. The Rover dealer offered £5,750, which included the car, he said his "BMW friend was interested". The car is only worth £3,500 which made me think that it may be worth more. Martin

Hi Darren, I will try that website on monday (got a few days off work) I dont yet have a BMW, but have been looking for a good BMW 2002 for the last 6 months - I much prefer the older ones, so much easier to work on and more character than later models. I also have a 1964 Austin Healey Sprite which is nearing completion and should be back on the road for summer - great to drive and so simple. This one I have owned for the last 20 years. Again thanks for your help, Martin |
